What will happen in the situation that my accountant is not working for some time? We provide training to theother team members and keep them wellinformed about your financials so that your accounts are always taken care of, even when your accountant is unavailable.
We don’t like long-term contracts or contracts that lock you in. We will collaborate with you until it is no longer necessary. If any of us decides to cease working together, all we request that you give us 30 days’ notice to finish any pending work.

Cash bookkeeping only monitors money entering or leaving a bank account. Accrual bookkeeping is a more refined approach that documents when money is earned or when there are debts.

We never ask for bank details for your security. Our payment process is rapid and secure. We send you “.aba” file(please check) to submit to your internet banking, ensuring that all of your team members (or suppliers) are paid at the same time. It takes not more than 2 minutes to approve it in your online banking platform. It’s rapid and effective and does alter, regardless how many people you are paying.
Generally, we update your accounts twice a week, giving you access to your accountsevery day. If you want us to do your bookkeeping on a more frequent basis, we can do that. We believe in direct communication for your business, so we will be glad to adjust to be appropriate for your needs. For larger businesses with complicated needs, we update accounts every day.
For those on the BAS & Books package, we analyse your bank reconciliations once each month.
Yes. Many of our clients have a national identity and are hence subject to Payroll Tax. We are there to assist you, regardless of the size of your business. We complete monthly payroll tax lodgements forms for the businesses that require them.
