Your payruns will happen at fixed intervals, so you will always be informed. 48 hours prior to the payrun, we’ll await the timesheets that are approved by you either emailed to us, or via an approved rostering / timesheet software such as Keypay or Deputy.

The pays will be processed by us, and send them for approval. After being approved, we’ll generate the payroll reports, provide counselling regarding pay and provide you with an .aba file that can be uploaded for simple payment.

How do we get New Employee details?2021-10-21T07:37:02+00:00

Is there is a possibility, we use the Employee Self Service (ESS) feature within the payroll software so that the employee enters their own personal information only once, and the data is not keyed again.

The employment details such as salary, allowances, leave entitlements, start date, payroll cycle and weekly hours is from a simple online form that the employer completes for every new starter.

Your bank details will never be asked. But the process is efficient. We will provide you with a .aba file that you can upload into your internet banking to pay all the members of your team at once. Hence whether you have one employee or many, it will take not more than 2 minutes to authorise the payment in your online banking platform.

We are a registered BAS Agent, so with the approval of our clients we can register them as a client on our ATO Portal, and this will permit us to lodge STP on your behalf every time a payrun is processed by us.
